Join us for the 10th annual Artoberfest, an arts and music festival on Main Street, Saturday, October 17, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. The festival will feature artist vendors, live music, art demonstrations, and other family fun activities. This one-day event is FREE for the community to enjoy thanks to our generous sponsors!
This year’s event is presented by Citizens Bank and sponsored by Bad Boy Mowers, First Community Bank, and Weichert Realtors - The Property Shoppe.

Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest
Artoberfest's sidewalk chalk art contest is FREE, family-friendly fun for kids of all ages!
K-6th grade: 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.
Junior High - College: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Some sidewalk chalk will be provided, but please plan to bring your own if you've got a larger group or have specific colors you'd like to use.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE REGISTERED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST. This ensures that we have enough squares marked off for everyone.

- The picture with the most likes will win a Halloween Swag Bag full of candy & other goodies!
- The winner can pick up their prize between 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. during Artoberfest on Saturday, October 11.
- A selection of entries will be displayed at the Independence County Library during Artoberfest!
